Welcome to the InvestmentDataServices website powered by IDS GmbH – Analysis and Reporting Services (hereinafter “the IDS/IDS websites”). As a 100% subsidiary of Allianz SE, IDS GmbH - Analysis and Reporting Services (IDS) supports asset managers and owners to refine, structure and package data from various sources across the globe. We create a consolidated, automated data lake of custom-fit encoded data ready for cross-referencing – thus enabling collective data intelligence needed for backing day-to-day investment decisions as well as reporting requirements.

By accessing the IDS websites, and using their content, you acknowledge and agree that you have read and understood the following terms of use and agree to be bound by them. It is your responsibility to be aware of and to observe all applicable laws and regulations as well as of any relevant jurisdiction. a) Google Analytics
The IDS website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (Google). Google Analytics uses “cookies” and places them on your computer to help analyzing how users use this website.
The information gathered in such way (including your IP-address) will be forwarded to and stored on a Google server located in the USA. Google uses the gathered information for evaluating the use of this website, compiling reports on website activity for IDS, and analyzing the frequency of end user attendances related to the specific services cited on the IDS website. Jurisdiction

Any action arising out of these terms or this website shall be litigated in, and only in, courts located in Munich, Germany, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts and further agree that they are a convenient forum for you.

In the event that any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions will not be affected, and the unenforceable provision will be replaced with an enforceable provision that comes close to the intention underlying the unenforceable provision.

The information services provided by IDS websites are not intended for any person in any jurisdiction where (by reason of that person's nationality, residence or otherwise) the publication or availability of the IDS information services are prohibited. Persons to whom such prohibitions apply may not access the IDS information services.
